Job summary

Deluxe is seeking a Senior Manager of Accounting to lead technical accounting and SOX, and to drive external reporting excellence. This role partners with the Assistant Controller and Chief Accounting Officer to ensure accurate, timely financial statements and scalable finance processes.

You will oversee policy governance, internal controls, and finance transformation initiatives, interfacing with business units and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 5 years accounting experience with 3 years of management experience.
• GAAP knowledge and internal controls/SOX experience.
• M&A experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical accounting and policy governance across the organization.
• Ensure accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Lead SOX compliance, internal controls, and control-testing program.
