Job summary

Cervélo Cycles Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager in Aliso Viejo, CA to oversee financial reporting for all entities and ensure GAAP compliance. You’ll supervise accounting staff, manage the monthly close, and drive process improvements across finance functions.

The role requires CPA or CA, strong GAAP knowledge, ERP experience (SAP preferred), and leadership capabilities. Excellent communication and detail orientation are essential in a fast growing bike company.

Qualifications

• Professional accreditation such as CPA (or CA).
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting.
• Experience coaching and leading accounting teams.
• ERP knowledge; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal and external financial reports and manage GL and journal entries.
• Oversee monthly close, reconciliations, and variances analysis.
• Coordinate cash flow forecasting, AP/AR, and tax activities.
• Develop and strengthen internal controls and financial policies.
• Liaise with external auditors and coordinate annual audits.
