The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of accounting experience, a bachelor’s in accounting, and strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of FASB/GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience leading a team of accountants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and quarterly close processes with SOX controls.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners for planning and forecasting.
• Interact with internal/external auditors to support audits.
• Lead process improvements and special accounting projects.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team.
