Leading a skilled group, you will mentor staff, deliver high-quality financial statements, and ensure integrity in all accounting activities within a dynamic energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 7-10 years of related experience with GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Experience documenting issues in work papers and memos.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close and SOX controls and coach staff.
• Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly reports and variances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on forecasting and planning.
• Support audits and regulatory data requests from external stakeholders.
• Lead process improvements and special projects.
• Mentor and develop accounting team, fostering growth.
