Job summary

System One is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager – Land Accounting in Plano, TX to lead accounting and financial reporting for land development operations. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of accounting leadership experience within homebuilding or real estate, with strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's and CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in homebuilding, land development, or real estate accounting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
