You’ll be the financial backbone of our operations, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while helping us plan for what’s next. This isn’t a corporate ivory tower — it’s a small, tight-knit office where your voice counts, your ideas matter, and your work gets noticed.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounting function, including accounts payable, payroll oversight, banking, and month-end processes
• Supervise and develop a team of 5 (accounts payable, HR, and general ledger staff)
• Review and process accounting transactions (AP, sales entries, journal entries)
• Manage monthly close and balance sheet account reconciliations
• Prepare and file sales and mixed beverage tax returns
• Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables
• Interface with location managers and vendors to resolve inquiries
• Provide documentation and support to external auditors
• Manage cash flow and banking transactions on a daily basis

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or restaurant industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team
• Flexible and open to continuous process improvement
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
