Company Overview: A private‑equity owned retail and services conglomerate with multiple well‑known brands. The organization is relocating its headquarters to Atlanta and renovating a new office in the Battery neighborhood near the Atlanta Braves stadium. All new hires will work from this office, providing regular face‑time with the CFO and CEO.

Role Overview

The Senior Accounting Manager reports to the SVP of Accounting and leads the accounting function for four primary brands. The role focuses on month‑end and year‑end close processes, driving continuous improvement, and setting strategic direction for growth and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting function for 4 main brands, ensuring accurate month‑end/year‑end close processes.
• Lead a current team of 4 accountants and plan to expand the team in 2026.
• Identify and implement process automation opportunities, bringing new perspectives and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including team management.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Strong background in general ledger accounting and month‑end close.
• Experience in retail or service sectors; inventory accounting experience is a plus.
• Experience with system roll‑outs and integrations, particularly CRM and ServiceTitan with NetSuite.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Strong sense of humor and a collaborative, people‑focused mindset.

Compensation

• Base salary $145,000 – $160,000 per year.
• Annual cash bonus and benefits.

Schedule

• Remote work until Q3 2026, then hybrid (3–4 days per week in office).
