Job summary

MEHITS US, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to lead the organization’s accounting operations as it launches and scales in the United States. You will coordinate with MEHITS Italy and MEUS, ensuring GAAP-compliant reporting and strong internal controls.

You will drive month-end closes, intercompany accounting, budgeting support, and financial analysis while participating in the SAP implementation and coordinating with shared services. Travel to Italy is required.

Qualifications

• Written, verbal, analytical, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with SAP; JD Edwards (JDE) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEHITS US accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Support startup of MEHITS US by establishing practical accounting processes using MEUS shared services.
• Coordinate with MEHITS Italy and MEHITS US leadership on intercompany processes and reporting.
• Participate in SAP implementation project; travel to Italy required.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closes under U.S. GAAP.
