Job summary

GRDA in Oklahoma seeks an Accounting Analyst III to oversee general accounting, financial reporting, and ERP functions to provide accurate, timely financial information.

You will manage the monthly close, reconciliations, and continuing disclosure duties, using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Maximo. A Bachelor's degree and five years of experience are required, with strong Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Public power or electric utility experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close and general accounting activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Manage reconciliations for approximately $1.8 billion in balance sheet accounts.
• Coordinate continuing disclosure obligations and financial reporting per bond resolutions.
• Administer Dynamics 365 and related ERP systems.
• Provide guidance on accounting policy application across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, GASB, and FERC accounting/reporting requirements.
