Job summary

PPHC is searching for a Senior Manager to join its expanding Accounting & Control team. This role focuses on bookkeeping and accounting, including oversight of vendor payment processes and compliance with financial contracts. Responsibilities

• Oversee contract compliance and vendor payments.
• Lead accrual-based accounting practices and month-end/quarter-end close management.
• Ensure data integrity across accounting systems.

Skills

Corporate accounting/finance experience

Experience reviewing and interpreting contracts

High volume AP and AR experience

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)

Strong understanding of revenue recognition (ASC-606)

Attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Tools

Maconomy or similar software
