Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
• Experience with ASC 606 and ASC 842 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Lead variance analysis and communicate findings.
• Design and maintain internal controls.

Skills

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP

Excellent communication skills

Experience with ERP systems

CPA license

Big 4 public accounting experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
