Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support clients through a variety of strategic finance and technical accounting projects.
• Contribute to or lead initiatives such as fund accounting, general ledger close, FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting support.
• Handle technical accounting tasks (ASC 606, ASC 842, SEC reporting).
• Assist with IPO readiness and public company transformation.
• Support M&A preparation and integration.
• Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and team dynamics.
