Responsibilities

• Support clients through strategic finance and technical accounting projects.
• Lead initiatives such as general ledger close and process improvement.
• Provide FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting support.
• Deliver technical accounting guidance (ASC 606, ASC 842, SEC reporting).
• Assist with IPO readiness and public company transformation.
• Prepare and integrate M&A documentation and plans.
• Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and team dynamics.
