Randstad USA in Henderson, NV is seeking a Senior Accounting & Compliance Manager to join our corporate finance team. The role blends governance with core general ledger accounting and progresses from an 80% compliance sprint to 80% GL accounting with 20% compliance maintenance.

Initial onboarding focuses on SOP-driven compliance activities, project tracking, and vendor documentation audits, followed by a steady state of month-end close work and ongoing vendor due diligence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Approximately 5–7 years of accounting and compliance experience.
• Proficiency in ERP software and advanced Excel; experience with workflow tracking software (Kapuchis) is a plus.

Mansioni

• Execute core month-end close procedures, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and variance tracking.
• Prepare, review, and maintain balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable oversight, audit requests, and interim financial projects.
• Collaborate with corporate accounting to identify process improvements and streamline reporting workflows.
