The candidate will collaborate with global teams, manage a diverse project portfolio, and translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions using partners like Blackline and related ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance or related analytical field.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience with accounting automation and financial close processes.
• Knowledge of COSO internal control framework.
• Big Four experience with Fortune 500 clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to influence automation design and implementation with financial best practices
• Gather and document detailed functional accounting requirements and drive prioritization and execution of technical deliverables
• Define a project plan and identify risks and obstacles early in the lifecycle
• Define and execute pre-launch user acceptance testing and lead readiness assessments
• Prioritize to manage a portfolio of projects, driving manual effort reduction and automation while maintaining financial control
• Standardize program delivery and documentation for scalable global processes
