We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Associate to join our client's business advisory firm and provide exceptional service and support for small to mid-sized organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical accounting, a deep understanding of work paper flow, audit readiness, and compliance for publicly traded companies. Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining client-facing relationships, providing exceptional service and support
• Drafting financial statements and conducting financial statement analysis
• Preparing and reviewing work papers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with audit standards
• Managing technical accounting tasks, including SEC reporting and compliance
• Collaborating with external auditors to ensure audit readiness and address any issues
• Preparing schedules to support audit preparation and tax compliance requirements
• Maintaining and improving workflow processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Understanding and managing the complexities of public company accounting and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification, required
• 3-5+ years of experience in a public accounting firm (Big4 preferred)
• Experience utilizing industry-standard accounting software
• Strong understanding of GAAP, audit and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Experience with work paper preparation and workflow management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects effectively

Compensation and Benefits:

• $100k-$130k+, commensurate with experience
