What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Report and analyze operating results and segment balance sheets
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations during the close process
- Provide support to Finance, Treasury, Corporate Accounting, Marketing, and auditors
- Perform analysis around key revenue and expense accounts for management reporting
- Participate in the preparation and presentation of quarterly segment reporting with upper management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Three (3) years or more of experience in the Accounting field required
- Experience with larger companies (greater than $250 million in revenue)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact with internal and external auditors and management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Accounting preferred
- Three (3) years or more of prior public accounting experience ("Big 4") preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) upon hire preferred
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
