Job summary

Orgill, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Accounting to manage lease administration, fixed assets, CapEx analysis, and month-end close. You will contribute to general ledger maintenance and financial reporting while supporting ad hoc accounting projects and cross-functional initiatives.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, experience with GL and asset accounting, and advanced Excel skills. Hybrid work options may apply; experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, general ledger, fixed assets, and lease accounting concepts.
• Experience with financial reporting, general ledger management, and month-end close processes.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform key month-end close processes, including journal entries, amortizations, reclassifications, and accruals.
• Manage lease accounting operations, including lease schedules, rent calculations, and landlord communications.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting: additions, disposals, transfers, and CapEx variance analyses.
• Oversee intercompany transactions and cross-entity activity.
• Analyze general ledger and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Support corporate accounting functions including P-Card activity and travel/expense reclassifications.
• Assist with quarterly/annual accounting tasks and external sales reporting.
• Execute ad hoc financial reporting and process improvement initiatives.
