Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance or related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and complex financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities, with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Participate in month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes and prepare internal/external financial statements.
- Lead or support analysis of financial data and reconcile ledgers.
- Prepare reports, inter-company settlements and property valuations.
- Identify trends and propose process improvements.
