Riverbend Community Mental Health is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused Senior Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team and play a critical role in supporting the financial health, compliance, and long-term sustainability of our organization.

As a Senior Accounting Analyst, you will serve as a key financial resource across the organization, supporting complex accounting functions, financial reporting, CCBHC reimbursement methodologies, grant accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance. You will help ensure that Riverbend's financial practices remain accurate, efficient, compliant, and aligned with the evolving requirements of a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).
This position is ideal for an accounting professional who is naturally curious, enjoys solving complex problems, can translate financial information into meaningful business insights, and wants to have a broader organizational impact.
This is a 100% on-site position located at our Concord, NH office. Due to the nature and operational responsibilities of this role, remote work or hybrid scheduling is not available.
CCBHC operations bring together complex reimbursement methodologies, grant requirements, healthcare regulations, cost allocation, financial reporting, and organizational performance. As our Senior Accounting Analyst, you will help connect those pieces.
Your work will help leadership understand financial trends, optimize resources, strengthen internal controls, maximize appropriate reimbursement, maintain grant compliance, and make informed decisions about programs, staffing, services, and future growth. You won't simply be reporting what happened financially—you'll help explain why it happened, identify opportunities, and help determine what comes next.
