Responsibilities

• Review SRF reimbursement requests for eligibility and accuracy.
• Maintain tracking reports and update SRF databases.
• Conduct community outreach and provide guidance on SRF processes.
• Provide customer service to borrowers and project engineers.
• Support SRF program activities as assigned.
• Use MMARS, Mosaic, CommBuys, and CIW when required.
