Job summary

A global industrial services and manufacturing organization based in Houston is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This mid-senior level role involves leading financial reporting, controls, and operational finance with significant interaction with operations and senior leadership. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA preferred, along with 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial services, engineering, or similar operational environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in accordance with US GAAP.
• Prepare management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and detailed variance analysis.
• Review and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset accounting.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities in partnership with operational stakeholders.
