Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in the distribution or manufacturing sector.
• Strong command of GAAP and internal control best practices.
• Expertise in QuickBooks and familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own daily accounting operations including A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Manage month-end close, reporting packages, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership to align financial goals.
• Lead role in ERP transition and systems migration.
