Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and auditing.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of related experience or three years with a Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage obligations to suppliers, employees, and third-party vendors.
• Maintain a Dynamics 365 accounting system.
• Perform extensive reviews of externally prepared accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
• Processing expense reports through travel expense tool Concur.
• Verify, allocate, and post invoices.
• Own assigned areas of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, including preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations.
