Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Solid GL, reconciliation, and month-end close experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Support accounting and financial reporting for assigned communities.
• Serve as a go-to resource for community accountants, providing guidance and training.
• Prepare cash, balance sheet, and income statement reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial analysis.
• Identify accounting issues and implement stronger controls.
• Partner with Finance and operational teams across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement and accounting best practices.
