Job summary

La La Land in Dallas is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the corporate accounting team in a high-visibility role reporting to accounting leadership.

This position spans day-to-day transactional accounting through strategic financial analysis and is expected to grow over time from hands-on ownership of core accounting processes into a role overseeing staff accountants and driving process and controls improvements across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• 2–4 years of Big 4 public accounting experience or comparable audit experience with a mid-market firm.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly close, account reconciliations, and prepare financial statements.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to leadership for strategic planning.
• Assist with audit, compliance, and various special projects across the company.
• Support other divisions as the business scales and improve processes and controls.
