Job summary

Accountants One, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Accountant - Tax & Audit to work closely with the Controller and VP of Finance on complex corporate tax compliance and audits.

The role will lead federal, state, sales/use, and international tax efforts, oversee internal and external audit engagements, and manage external auditor relationships while strengthening internal controls and processes across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• CPA required or CPA candidacy in progress.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and IFRS.
• Public accounting experience with current industry senior role.
• Multi-entity and multinational experience preferred.
• ERP systems experience and advanced Excel.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and excellent communication.

Accountants One is working with a Global client looking for a Senior Accountant - Tax & Audit. This is a truly unique role for the right individual to work for a very dynamic team. This person will work closely with the Controller and the VP of Finance.

The position will handle the following:

• Lead corporate tax compliance, including federal, state, sales/use, and international requirements
• Lead internal and external audit engagements across multiple domestic and international entities
• Manage relationships with external auditors
• Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, procedures, and risk assessments
• Identify control gaps and drive remediation efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business
