Prisma Graphic Corporation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Accounting/Finance team. You will manage month-end close, reconciliations, inventory accounting, and support budgeting with timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in accounting, 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication. CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries related to month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform account reconciliations (cash/general ledger) and investigate variances.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Support compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Assist with inventory valuation and cost accounting.
