Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 2+ years in public accounting or public company reporting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Detail-driven, organized, and adaptable.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and earnings releases
• Draft financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A
• Assist with audits, technical accounting memos, and SOX compliance
• Support M&A accounting and impairment analyses
• Recommend improvements to streamline reporting processes
