Qualifications

Experience with SEC reporting process is required (public or private).

Strong analytical and organizational skills.
3–6+ years of accounting experience required.

Responsibilities

Prepare consolidated financial statements for MSG Sports, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flows, equity and other statements, for quarterly SEC filings.
Ensure integrity of financial statements and related documentation for management, audits, and reports.
Support notes and disclosures for SEC and other regulatory reporting.
