Job summary

You will maintain fixed assets and lease accounting records, ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, and collaborate across Finance, Operations, and Treasury to strengthen internal controls.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, 3+ years in accounting, and SAP FI/CO experience, with advanced Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in general ledger, financial reporting, audit, or related role.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Experience with fixed asset accounting, depreciation, amortization, lease accounting, or related GL activities.
• Experience supporting external or internal audits or financial control reviews.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO and lease accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries per US GAAP/IFRS and internal policies.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform GL account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and lease records.
• Coordinate audit support and respond to audit requests within deadlines.
• Provide variance analysis and reporting, and suggest process improvements.
