Job summary

Thanks is hiring a Senior Accountant to own revenue, billing, and cash flow in a fast-growing two-sided marketplace. You will manage end-to-end billing across advertisers and partners, maintain clean books, and support month-end close with a Fractional CFO.

You will also oversee US payroll and compliance hygiene and drive process improvements to scale operations. Ideal candidates bring 3–6 years in accounting, hands-on experience with revenue and invoicing, and a track record of improving

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience handling revenue, billing, invoicing, or reconciliation.
• Experience in fast-moving environments (startup/scaleup).
• Comfort with multi-party revenue flows (adtech, marketplaces).

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, billing, and reconciliation across advertisers and partners.
• Run accounts payable and expense management; ensure invoices are paid on time.
• Support month-end close and reporting with clear numbers.
• Own US payroll and compliance hygiene; keep processes documented.
• Improve finance systems and reduce manual work; scale processes.
• Operate as a problem-solver and resolve discrepancies independently.
