You will ensure accuracy and compliance, support month-end reporting, and improve financial processes in a dynamic environment. Applicants should have a degree in accounting or finance, 3-6 years of experience, and familiarity with tools like Xero and QuickBooks. The role is remote-first with a strong preference for West Coast-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in accounting, finance, or similar.
• Experience handling revenue, billing, invoicing, or reconciliation.
• Comfortable owning processes end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing across advertisers and partners.
• Own accounts payable and expense management.
• Support month-end close and reporting.

Skills

3–6 years’ experience in accounting or finance

Strong attention to detail

Experience with accounting tools like Xero or QuickBooks

Ability to identify issues and resolve discrepancies

Education
