Job summary

Dekko is seeking a Senior Accountant to own financial reporting, close tasks, and analytics. You’ll partner with Sales and the Corporate Controller to ensure accurate revenue recognition and commission reporting while maintaining data integrity across ERP and CRM systems.

The role emphasizes turning financial data into actionable insight for leadership, with collaboration across Finance and Operations. Ideal candidates combine detail orientation with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Progressive accounting experience with month-end close and reconciliations.
Strong Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools.
ERP system experience (NetSuite, SAP, Epicor) required.
Strong communication skills with ability to present findings to leadership.
High attention to detail and comfort with large data sets.

Responsibilities

Own month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Lead sales reporting, account-level analysis, and ad hoc leadership reports.
Manage CRM-based reporting and ensure data integrity.
Calculate and validate commissions and SPIFF payouts.
