WelbeHealth is seeking a Senior Accountant, Reporting to enhance external and regulatory reporting across multiple markets, partnering with FP&A, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and other teams to ensure timely, accurate financial narratives.
On day-to-day, you will prepare statements, drive monthly and quarterly deliverables, support audits, build scalable reporting processes, and deepen healthcare finance knowledge within the PACE model.

The Senior Accountant, Reporting is accountable for preparing, maintaining, and enhancing external financial reporting, regulatory reporting, lender reporting, internal management reporting, and other strategic reporting to support informed decision-making and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Revenue and Reporting Accounting Manager, this role partners closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational priorities.

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
