Job summary

Daymark Health is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing Finance team. You will manage month-end close, reconcile ledgers, and ensure accurate financial reporting as we scale into new markets and lines of business.

You will work hands-on with GAAP financial statements, analyze variances, and strengthen accounting policies and internal controls across a multi-entity organization. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger and month-end close.
• CPA license preferred or active CPA track.
• Experience in public accounting and/or healthcare industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate GAAP financial statements and analyze results for variances.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger across multiple Daymark entities.
• Support cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist with designing, documenting, and improving accounting policies and controls.
• Support internal and external audits with schedules and documentation.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Clinical, and People teams.
• Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and special projects.
