Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly accounting close and ensure GAAP-compliant journal entries.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations with documentation.
• Produce monthly/quarterly/annual financial analyses and reports.
• Review financials for discrepancies and trends; investigate variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses.
• Assist internal and external audits and ensure policy compliance.
• Communicate accounting matters with other functions as needed.
• Lead process improvement initiatives within responsibility areas.
