Job summary

Veta Virtual Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant for a high-growth fintech/crypto client. You will manage full accounting cycles, reconciliations, and financial reporting for a multi-channel business in a fully remote environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of U.S.-based accounting experience, CPA preferred, and strong GAAP knowledge. Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and cloud tools is required; crypto experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience with U.S.-based companies.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting cycle for the business, including reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Reconcile cash and transaction activity across a distributed network of kiosks and digital channels.
• Support accounting for digital asset transactions and multiple revenue streams.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
• Integrate and optimize accounting tools and systems for a scaling multi-location business.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, expense management, and vendor relationships.
• Support regulatory reporting for a money services business and assist with audits as needed.
• Utilize cloud tools (QuickBooks Online, Slack, Google Suite) daily.
