Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred).
• 4–8 years of high-caliber public or corporate accounting experience, preferably with real estate exposure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Excel experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting, analytics and reporting for multiple corporate and property functions.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting to the Controller.
