Kforce's client in NYC, a premier real estate owner/developer/manager, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Accounting/Finance team. The role reports to the Controller and offers professional growth in a high-profile environment.

The Senior Accountant will handle a wide range of accounting, analytical and reporting functions for corporate and property operations. This enables strong exposure to the real estate sector and finance leadership.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred).
• 4–8 years of high-caliber public and/or corporate accounting experience, preferably with real estate exposure.
• Strong Excel experience and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and analyze accounting and financial reporting for corporate and property functions.
• Collaborate with the Accounting/Finance team to support month-end close and reporting.
• Provide analytical insights to drive business decisions for multiple properties.
