Job summary

Primetone LLC in Bayonne, NJ is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage daily accounting activities and support accurate financial reporting. You will work closely with leadership and the Accounting & Invoicing Intern, ensuring timely invoicing and cash application.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, a Bachelor's in accounting, strong QuickBooks skills, and solid knowledge of reconciliations, AP/AR, and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Experience with reconciliations, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Review expenses and transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and manage the company’s QuickBooks system.
• Record invoices, payments, expenses, deposits, and other transactions accurately.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and accounts receivable aging.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for leadership.
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
