Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in public accounting.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, designing, and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Support the development of standardized accounting processes and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and recommend enhancements.
• Perform accounting tasks including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of implemented improvements.
