PFB Custom Homes Group LLC is seeking a Planning Analysis & Reporting Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role focuses on accurate financial reporting, complex accounting activity, budgeting, and strengthening internal controls.

You'll support month-end and year-end closes, assist with audits, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable financial data and actionable insights for business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• GAAP knowledge and close processes.
• Experience with financial statements and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel and reporting tools proficiency.
• Analytical and organizational problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with multi-priority management.
• Cross-department communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for timely reporting.
• Maintain ledger integrity and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist audits by providing schedules and responses.
• Investigate discrepancies and variances.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Develop and enhance accounting processes and internal controls.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for accurate data.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulations, and policies.
• Participate in ERP optimization and automation initiatives.
• Prepare management reports and insights on performance and trends.
