Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reports, and audit support documentation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile OPIE patient accounting data to Workday daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor bank accounts and payments; coordinate with departments on misdirected payments or deposits.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet roll-forwards.
• Prepare month-end accounting entries including revenue recognition and rent agreements; maintain schedules and documentation.
• Assist in Budget to Actual variance analysis and reclassifications as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports for monthly Cfab production and format data from OPIE for directors.
