PCF Construction Group is seeking a meticulous Senior Accountant I with a focus on payroll and accounts payable to support the company’s growing accounting operations. This role ensures accurate processing of AP and payroll in line with GAAP and policy.

The ideal candidate has experience with ADP Workforce Now and QuickBooks Online Advanced, strong analytics, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of accounting experience in accounts payable, payroll, or accounting operations; both payroll and accounting experience required.
• Working knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and payroll compliance.
• Strong analytics and AI-related tooling experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices with proper coding to GL accounts, jobs, and cost codes.
• Administer payroll using ADP Workforce Now and coordinate with leadership on guidance.
• Prepare payment batches (ACH, checks, cards) and reconcile vendor statements.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and support monthly close processes.
• Leverage analytics tools to improve processes and reporting.
