• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and schedules.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Review general ledger activity for accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support internal and external audit requests and strengthen internal controls.
• Mentor junior staff and support workflow management.
