Qualifications

• 3+ years accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise COO on accounting and bookkeeping matters.
• Bookkeeping including billing, AR, collections, cash applications, AP.
• Maintain the general ledger and set up GL accounts.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Sales tax reporting.
• Implement and maintain inventory management system.
• Forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Perform other accounting and operational duties as requested by the COO.
