Keystone Advanced Solutions LLC in Houston is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The role starts onsite with the possibility of a hybrid arrangement (up to 50% remote) depending on client needs and performance.

The ideal candidate will support multiple clients, apply advanced critical thinking, and drive meaningful financial insights that help leaders act with confidence. Collaboration with managers, staff, and clients is essential to deliver accurate financial insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or progress toward certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in the accounting department of a public or private company.
• Minimum 2 years of public accounting experience, preferably in audit.
• Proficiency in accrual accounting and strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software, including QuickBooks Online and SAP, highly preferred.
• Experience with inventory costing and management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and interpret complex financial statements with accuracy and insight.
• Identify and resolve irregularities in financial data.
• Collaborate with managers, staff, and clients to deliver accurate financial insights and recommendations.
• Provide coaching and support to junior staff when needed.
• Adapt quickly to new systems, including onboarding into SAP, while managing multiple engagements.
• Execute tasks timely and with attention to detail, following direction while demonstrating ownership of work.
