Job summary

Talentify seeks a Senior Accountant in Blaine, MN to manage GL activity, lead month-end close, and support GAAP-compliant financial reporting. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and HR to maintain accurate records and drive process improvements while helping modernize the ERP system.

The role is 100% on-site, contract-to-hire, with a pay range of $40.00–$43.00 per hour. Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Strong general ledger and month-end close expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activity and prepare journal entries.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes for GAAP reporting.
• Support financial reporting and budgeting processes.
