Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, general ledger accounts, and journal entries.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Maintain fixed asset records, calculate depreciation, and conduct asset audits.
• Ensure ASC 842 lease accounting compliance and maintain lease schedules.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including billing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Perform month-end close processes and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Support external audit processes and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
